- Clean Lineart - $50~80

- Flat Colours - $70~110
- Full Colour Render - $100~250
• Add Ons and Extras - Estimate Prices and Examples
More Characters - +50%
Extra characters in the same illustration will only cost 50% of the price for the first character.

Complex Characters - +20%~50%
Characters that have complex or intricate designs or features will have a percentage of the normal price added to them based on how complex they are.
Characters with detailed armours, tattoos or mechanical parts can be considered a complex character.

- Simple BG - Free~$50

• Payment
1. All prices listed in “Commission Info” are approximations and I have the right to change them within reason. You will get a quote before I accept a job and it will not change once accepted.2. All prices are listed in US dollars and paid only through Paypal. You will get an invoice once the commission has been accepted.3. Your commission will be added to the commission line only after full payment has been confirmed.4. Do not pay before I have accepted a commission.

• Artworks
5. You are allowed to use my artwork in any way and for any purpose as long as you do not profit financially from it and you credit me properly. Not “Credits to the artist”, but clearly stating either my name (Damian E Trigo) or social media handle (@DamianSketches).6. You are NOT allowed to post edited or modified versions of the commissioned artwork without my permission as it may reflect negatively on the quality of my artwork. This includes collages, the use of filters and running the artwork through an AI image generator, among others.7. It is possible that I may stream the process of making the artwork you commissioned on Twitch. If you would like me to not do this, please, let me know.8. I hold all rights to my artworks to use in whatever way I believe fit unless agreed otherwise.9. The artwork will be delivered in digital format. If you wish to also receive a print, we can discuss options and it will cost extra.10. Things I can do for commissions:
-Fanart
-Designing/Re-designing your OC based on reference or description
-Character sheets
-Complex characters (Refer to “Commissions Info”)
-Chibi & emotes
-PNGtuber & Vtuber avatars (Assets only, no rigging or animation)
-Some degree of graphic violence and fanservice11. Things I WILL NOT DO:
-Sexually explicit content
-Offensive and discriminatory content
-Only backgrounds with no characters
-NFTs12. I have the right to not accept or cancel a commission if I feel uncomfortable with its content or I deem it damaging to my brand, even if it does not fall under Section 11.

• Refunds
13. You can cancel a commission at any point before I have started working on it and you will get a full refund. You will also get a full refund if I cancel your commission.14. If I have already started your commission, you will get a partial refund and the artwork in whatever state of completion it is at the moment of cancelation. This does not apply if I cancel your commission on my end.

• Commercial Use
15. These terms of service only apply to personal commissions for personal use. If you wish to use my artwork for commercial use (such as book covers or book illustrations, character designs for studio animations or comics, advertising banners, etc), please contact me personally in any of my social media to discuss personalised terms of service.
